Hands down the best pho place we tried during our trip to Vietnam! The broth was especially very clear & flavourful! Their fried rice was okay, nothing really stood out for us while the spring rolls were fairly good! We didn’t expect to get 10 pcs of it in one plate so we were so happy. Their service was amazing and fast too, we didn’t wait for a long time to be served.

The tea with sugar cost 15.000vnd more than without. The chicken and fish were really dry. In the bathroom a lot of bugs. 80.000vnd for lil food, isnt worth it. We are muslims, but we dont look like muslim. at the end he made a mistake calculating. I had to show him that he did a mistake with payment. Felt like I was scammed.  Didnt taste good.
Other people had their food faster than us. Could be coincidence.

I had high hopes for Hj. Basiroh, because i am a muslim, and only have a little choice for halal food. But unfortunately, my visit was quite disappointing. I ordered Vietnamese spring rolls, tom yum, and mi goreng. The food was so so.

What really made my experience worse was the staff’s attitude, especially the female staff. My total bill was around 280k VND, and I paid with a 500k VND because I didn’t have smaller cash. The female staff got visibly mad and started speaking in Vietnamese, clearly frustrated because they didn’t have change. Even though I didn’t understand everything, her tone made it obvious she was mad. As a customer, that felt really disrespectful. it’s not my fault they didn’t have change.

Overall, I left feeling really disappointed. I hope they can improve both their service and food in the future.

Pointed at the picture with the shrimp they brought out a dish with an egg. It looked like it might have been a good dish.

Then they brought out the order that I had pointed out originally. I pointed at the picture of what I what I wanted.

The restaurant was empty which should have been a telling sign. I paid 100,000 vnd then they added a ten percent tax. The customer service was dismal.
