Wonderful indian restaurant on Angrove just off Beaufort st. From the open warm showed by the staff upon entering until the close of the door after finishing, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and very comfortable. The food was a mixture of new deli and southern spices. Our food was a mixture of beef ,and tofu , but not together. The beef madras was very tasty and the sauce was mild. The tofu balls were apparently very tasty. We will certainly return for more.

The service was impeccable as soon as we walked in. The waitress knew everything about the meals and was great at giving advice on what to have. They even had a kids butter chicken which was so tasty. Food was absolutely delish. We will definitely be back.

My partner and our families had a birthday dinner last week at Namaste India and the service was absolutely outstanding. We were hoping for a dish that was a special unfortunately we were too late as it was a week late but without prompt they offered to make it to order and that did not disappoint! The meals were delicious, flavourful and fragrant. We hadn’t mentioned it was a birthday dinner but the hostess went out of their way to have the kitchen prepare a dessert with a candle and presented a gorgeous mother of pearl clutch as a gift. They made my partners’ night! Highly recommend for the food and the outstanding service.

After watching The Good Karma Hospital a Indian medical drama series, I had a big craving for some nice Indian food. ? I have booked at short notice for 5 people and luckily they made room for us. The food was amazing, the service was fun and very attentive. The place has a nice cosy feel about it. This has now become our favourite fine dining Indian restaurant. ?

visited namaste for the second time last night and we loved it even more than the first time! we ordered the garlic naan, butter chicken, lamb korma, biryani rice and mango lassi. the lamb korma might be our new favourite. the lamb was cooked to perfection and the curry was the perfect blend of flavour and creaminess. the naan was amazing as always! thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and for providing such amazing food and service!we will definitely be back ?
