Service is slightly slow, but reasonable because one Aunty working. This branch is serverely understaffed, hope Mr Bean can look into the matter. Food is good, and very value for money. Elderly aunty very nice and tried her best to serve us to her best even though she was the only person working.

Pan cake hard like rock. Very disappointing! I was surprised when I feedback to outlet, shop assistant passed me a fresh one to compensate the hard one ?? However, just to feedback that the quality of pancake should be more consistent; it should be soft, hot but not hard. Few days ago I bought truffle mushroom $3.60 but pan cake is hard again! ? have to go outlet and feedback to them again. The staff here are experienced and if you are familiar with them n addressed them, they are nice. I wish to recognise Siew Tin, she serves with a smile and she recognises her regular customers and know what kind of pan cake texture customer wants ??❤️ The previous Chinese supervisor is capable, fast and know to win customers’ heart but she has been transferred to Yew Tee outlet. Yew Tee’s pancake is soft n hot. Hope it continue its quality ??

I likes all the aunties there, they are super friendly and also provide their best service.
