Our child spilled a drink and messed up the entire place. Cindy was patient, kind and got us to move to another table to eat, and cleaned up the entire space by herself. Food and service was great from Pasta Mania Lot 1 as always. Grateful for the assistance and professionalism by everyone, especially Cindy! ♡

i don’t usually leave reviews, but the outstanding service i received last night made it impossible not to. a huge shoutout to the lady server wearing a pink watch—though i didn’t get her name, i truly wish i had. my partner and i arrived just as the dinner rush was winding down, so seating was still limited. even before we stepped inside, she was already attentive, confirming our size (two) and swiftly finding us a table. initially, we were seated at a small two-person table, which was perfectly fine for us. my partner had a large haversack and was willing to place it on the floor, but she noticed and immediately brought over an extra chair for it—such a thoughtful gesture, despite the bustling environment. as we took our time ordering, she continued to be incredibly accommodating. after clearing a nearby four-person table, she offered to move us there for more comfort while simultaneously arranging a better seating setup for the two ladies beside us. the level of attentiveness and consideration she displayed was beyond expectation. from the moment we arrived to the time we left, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. her warmth, friendliness, and proactive service stood out, and i want to commend not only her but also the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. i can only imagine how exhausting it must be after a busy dinner service, yet they all handled it with grace. thank you for making our night so much better ? we’ll definitely be back!

Service was excellent and very impressive which made me decide to write a review for this outlet. There was a big group of us and the Malay waitress was very nice to accommodate us and even asked a father and daughter pair if they could switch place so that we can sit together. Because of her excellent skills, the pair willingly changed seats to accommodate us. So thanks to understanding customers and skilful waitress! The place is also tastefully decorated which added another star to the dining experience! The food was served fast and hot! They were tasty too!Especially love the personal pizza though it is pricy for such a small portion. The drinks can be a little less sweet and the experience will be even more pleasant!
