We had an excellent breakfast buffet experience! In comparison to the one at Crown earlier, it was much better. As walk-ins, staff checked and politely arranged a table for us. I’m not sure if unlimited barista coffee included, but we were offered two. The food was normal and did not go bad. Self-service fruit juice stations were my favorite part, and I drank a lot of juice

This buffet restaurant is a true gem! The seafood is incredibly fresh, especially the Tasmanian oysters—so flavorful and perfectly chilled. I also loved the fresh microgreens, such a nice touch that adds freshness to the dishes. There are so many food options, it’s easy to find something for everyone. And the strawberry chocolate fountain? Absolutely delicious and fun! The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable—no rush at all, just great food and a great atmosphere. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

I had dinner at Melba several times and had very pleasant experiences with their food and services. This time I tried the buffet breakfast and it was really exceptional. The loosed tea leaves are great, nice baked goods and they even have a shelf of micro greens for your juice shots, the omelette was one of the best I ever had. The omelette lady was very friendly and offered to reheat my sautéed asparagus so my breakfast became perfect. Other staffs were also very nice and caring. Lovely experience and good value for money. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely coming back for more.

The restaurant has a variety of foods of multiple cuisines. The chef named Bhat, makes some of the best Butter Chicken, and Cheesy Garlic Nahn bread I’ve ever had. The meat the chefs make is never too dry or undercooked and is perfectly seasoned. The dessert bar has everything you need to enjoy your dinner with all sorts of desserts and toppings. All in all a very good dining experience.
