Hey, fellow Muslim travelers, if you're ever in the pratunam market and struggling to find halal food, this place is a lifesaver! And for any Indonesians or Malaysians out there, there is no need to worry about language barriers because the owner speaks Malay. The food is super affordable and has that comforting, home-cooked taste. Honestly, everything was delicious, but you absolutely HAVE to try the eggs with their sambal. That sambal is seriously next level - so flavorful and fresh! It just adds the perfect kick to any dish. It's definitely a great spot for a casual, satisfying meal.
Love their tom yam noodles. Overall service can be improved. The surrounding is a bit crowded and hot. Wish they install QR payment that can be used by international customers.
The Tom Yum beef rib noodles were incredibly delicious—a must-try! I savored every bite to the last slurp. The Nasi Khaomok was just okay, with chicken that had a slight curry gravy flavor, unlike the fragrant fried chicken typically found in Hatyai. My friend tried the beef soup noodles and said they were equally tasty. This stall is located in the busy Pratunam Market, with limited space and a less comfortable seating area. However, everything, from the tables to the utensils, was impeccably clean.
I tried the tomyum here and it was a satisfying experience. The broth had a rich, well balanced flavor which is spicy, sour, and aromatic, just as a good tomyum should be. The meat was fresh, and the portion size was decent for the price. However, service could be improved, as the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. The environment is simple but clean, making it a comfortable spot for a quick meal. Overall, it's a solid choice for halal Thai food in the area. Would definitely return! ⭐️
Service was fast. Delicious food and cheap. Need to queue as there are limited seat and tables. Outdoor seat so it's a bit(really) hot and crowded. But the food make it all worth it. I'll definitely repeat here if I ever come to bangkok again.
