Everything we ordered was so yummy. For starters, we had the crab toast which was soft and buttery with a generous amount of crab and also enjoyed the mushroom and feta cigar with french onion dip. For mains we had the Le Burger and Glazed Wagin Duck, both of which were just superb but we especially loved the duck which was done just right with a nice crispy skin. Service was warm and friendly, and they really make you feel so welcomed. It’s a small place so best to book ahead!

We walked in and was greeted by professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was amazingly presented, portions were great and the taste was to die for. The crab toast specifically was a talking point! Our waiter, Simon really made our experience one to remember. He was funny and was constantly on hand if we needed anything. He is an asset to the restaurant and his knowledge of the menu was incredible. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal in a relaxed setting with fantastic service. 10/10 from us!

Le Rebelle is hands down my favorite spot in Perth, and this visit was another reminder why. Every dish was flawlessly executed, and I truly couldn’t find a single thing to dislike. This is the only place where I find myself doing a happy dance and clapping after every bite! We started with the house baguette, cultured butter, and duck liver parfait—simple yet so good. The baguette was fresh and warm, and the parfait added just the right amount of indulgence. We devoured it in no time. The La Delizia buffalo mozzarella was another highlight—smooth, creamy, and perfectly paired with fresh, vibrant greens. It was light, flavourful, and an excellent addition to the meal. For mains, the glazed Wagin duck was absolutely the star of the show. Tender, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor—it was impossible to fault. The fillet steak was equally impressive—so tender it practically melted in the mouth. Finally, dessert was a perfect ending to the meal. The vanilla bean creme caramel was silky smooth with just the right balance of sweetness and bitterness from the caramel. The salted peanut and chocolate tart was decadent without being overwhelming, with the crunch of peanuts and the richness of the chocolate hitting all the right notes. For anyone new to Perth asking where to eat, my answer is always Le Rebelle. Just go. You’ll thank me later ?

A huge thank you to Le Rebelle for an unforgettable anniversary/V-Day dinner! We kicked things off strong with the crab toast which was absolutely divine. If you're a first-timer, don’t think about skipping this as every bite was worth it. No further explanation needed—just go and experience it for yourself! The cured fish was another hit. The combination of fish, oyster cream, pear, and kohlrabi (which I had actually never even heard of before) was delicious. Make sure you eat everything together instead of picking out the fish first—it makes all the difference. We also tried the veggie cigars as a starter. While I personally wouldn’t order them again, I think they served a great purpose in balancing out the richness of the crab and cured fish. Of course, we had get the steak tartare. My partner and I are big fans of raw beef, but this was our first time having tartare with frites instead of crisps—and we loved it. For mains, we shared the saffron cavatelli and the glazed duck breast. The cavatelli was great, but the real star of the show was the duck. I’m usually not a huge duck fan since I find it a bit overpowering. But the meat was incredibly tender, the skin was crispy, and the glaze paired amazing with the fritters. Just bear in mind I believe they serve different cuts depending on the day, so if you're ordering, just ask the waiter what cut you'll be getting. We paired everything with a French rosé, which went well with everything, though a bit on the pricey side. That said, their wine list does seem quite carefully carefully curated, and there’s something for every budget. If I had any minor critique, it would be that the space is quite small (so definitely make a reservation) and it can get pretty loud. At times, my partner struggled to hear me across the table. Overall, a great dining experience, and we will definitely be back despite the long drive for us living on a farm in Perths south.

We came here for lunch and was blown away by the fantastic service and delicious food. The oysters were presented shucked but with the shell lid on. Upon lifting the lid, there sat a fresh plump oyster that tasted awesome with the dressing. The duck was beautifully cooked and so tender. The fish of the day was snapper which again was beautifully cooked and presented with charred cabbage. The snails with fries was a pleasant surprise with the green herb sauce. Very enjoyable. The fillet steak was tender and delicious. We finished our meals with the creme caramel, chocolate tart and cheese plate. One of the most enjoyable and delicious meals we have had! Our servers Autumn and Matt were friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Thank you, we definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.
