Local roti shop very popular with locals and students. The mataba (roti filled with a savoury filling) was brilliant. Can be a bit busy so may have to wait a little. The air conditioned room with a couple of tables is upstairs.

I have been customer since more than 10 years ago. After I had been living in Australia for 5 years. I am glad this shop still survives Covid. Yummy and authentic.

I ordered takeaway chicken murtabak. The taste was decent, though it didn’t stand out much. The portion was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Mataba were delicious. Beef Massaman and chicken Massaman very yummy. Beef was a bit too sweet. Beef tongue was delicious
