Amazing omakase and super friendly chef. Every dish is carefully made and with the special ingredients of Jeju island. Grateful for the chef for the birthday special gift and laugh. Totally recommend it ?
I haven't done so many omakase in South Korea. This one is Jeju is quite unique considering the freshness of the local produces / ingrerdients and the Korean influences of the Chef - some of the items were not Japanese-based approaches/flavors. The unni broth, uni-abalone and mackerel were very distinct. The hairtail fish was a firs for me. None of them disappoint!!! In fact, they were delicious! The portions were generous. There are only 8 seats with a possibility to go for 10 but it is a small place. A personal experience fun to repeat solo or with friends and family.
Great Jeju omakase & an amazing dinner experience. Thank you!! ????
We loved it, very fresh fish and very kind owners of this place. Food is delicious, each kind of which was shown to us and described how we should eat it. Everything made with the fresh fish from the Jeju island. Definitely must try!
Yesterday, we had a most memorable lunch at this small, 8 seat sushi restaurant. We were served all fish caught locally and very light touch with the seasoning, which we appreciated. We felt that it was a good value and were served many, many courses of nigiri, sashimi, a mackerel roll, soups and broths, plus dessert of berry zambione. We loved the experience and new (to us) types of fish. The hand roll, with marinated abalone, topped with a pile of sushi was the pièce de resistance!
