A hidden gem in Batam. 5 Stars for Food and Service quality. Exemplary service recovery by Supervisory Stella. We cancelled our dinner booking in another restaurant on our 2nd night in Batam so that we can return to Holy Cow to enjoy our dinner. Keep up the good work. We will be back soon.

Tldr great steak, prompt service, normal casual fast food restaurant atmosphere. The steak meals aren't exactly cheap meals, but they are worth the price. Not a lot of selection for sides though, but then who comes here for salad.

Even we order the cheap package, the meat is very thick n juicy. The waiters very welcoming and give the best service. The texture of mashed potatoes not too cream, we still can feel the potatoes texture

We were looking for halal steak & found this restaurant & decided to give it a try, The place was cosy, spacious &!well separated tables between diners. We tried their Wangyu steak & maybe that was the reason why the bill was pricy. Overall satisfied & it was a great experience.

This was the second time we visited this outlet and we ordered 3 US Ribeyes (200g, medium rare) and 1 chicken steak. Prices were reasonable, around IDR 250K per pax inclusive of drinks, and service was friendly. However, we noticed that the steaks were now thinner and fattier compared to the first time we visited last year; about 1/3 of my steak was fat. Nevertheless, everything was well-seasoned and cooked, though some parts were slightly over-cooked due to the thinness of the meat. Overall, Holy Cow still offers good value for money.
