室町新町 の 間錦小路下る 観音堂町 470, Kannondocho, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto, 604-8222, Japan
Ayam-Ya is a great halal dining experience if you're looking for something delicious and strict on Muslim food. Tried here in Kyoto and also in Osaka. The restaurant vibe here is nicer and cooler. Ramen broth is really good and delicious with a tailored level of more spiciness to suit Indonesia and Malaysia palette. Food is also quite reasonably price, not more than 2000¥, using the vending machine system. Pretty happy that this place doesn't charge astronomical prices for the halal value.
Best ramen I have ever tried. I don't know how many branches they have, I went to the one in Kyoto. It was raining, it was cold and the minute I got my food and I tried my spicy chicken ramen ahh total comfort. It was so good that I had to come back again to enjoy the food one last time before leaving Japan, so I took a train from Osaka to Kyoto just for that. Well, actually I came back for shopping and ramen but who cares :D Karaage chicken, I hope i wrote it right is a must try. Best chicken so tender, spicy and very delicious.
The Fried chicken was so good, and Salt Ramen also good, they provide free fried chicken skin to us for their promotion, this store is very friendly and all of the meals are suitable for kids!
The best ramen I've ever had in my life! Its seasoned soooo good, I can't even explain. My 2 kids loved it too. I can't ever eat ramen again in Europe. Can't wait to come back here again next time I'm visiting Japan
Our first meal in Kyōto (after drinking coffee ofc! haha), we came early coz we're afraid we'll stuck in a long queue since it's popular among muslim. We order spicy ramen (but forgot it's soy sauce/ salt base broth), Boiled Egg, and Kaarage for sharing. I like their broth bettter than other halal ramen since it's thick and flavourful and the portion is just right (for my prefrnce) ?????? *Self service drink and utensils station (?) —if i'm not mistaken
