This is the best ramen of mine, I just want this kind of ramen available in my hometown. The taste of soup was super unique that I'd never tasted at any place and it was intensely delectable that I could obviously feel the scent of lobster. I got the creamy one, lobster and cream complemented each other very perfectly. Even more fabulous when I added more pepper as the staff told me to do so. What's more fascinating was the idea of risotto that they recommended us to save the soup for risotto and they gave us a lot of cheese that was really amazing. I do promise to revisit next time.

I’m in Love with This Place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+++ If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—this place is perfection! The flavors are beyond words, truly incredible. It was 100% worth the wait. This is an experience you have to try for yourself—no words can do it justice. Everything was simply outstanding. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, ready to try even more dishes!

Superb staffs. Amazing vibes and soace for ramen. Taste wonderful 4.5 The thick lobster soup is very satisfying. The side dishes are very refine, providing variety and balance the whole ramen. Noodle is very nice. The whole ramen is more in western style than Japanese style. The only short is the roast chicken, could be better. The 'risotto' is a very nice idea, and i was surprised by its texture and taste. Next time, could have less cheese as it overrided the lobster soup taste. Will come back!

Feels like a gourmet experience in Jimbocho. I don't often eat lobster so I am unfamiliar with the taste, but the soup did taste more like lobster than shrimp like it should. The soup is quite spiced and there is ebi chili oil, a spice mix as well as black pepper in front of you to adjust the taste. I would have liked salt to add a bit more salt but that is quite rare to see in Japan. I'm sure they would have given it to me if I asked. The flavor is good but I prefer other French style ramen I have tried. Perhaps I would have liked the cream ramen more personally. There was also a small soup of the day before the meal, which was very tasty. The risotto was also good, but again maybe I would have enjoyed it more with a creamier soup. The highlight was definitely the cool introduction of the meals by the staff. It almost felt like a professional narration, very enjoyable. I believe most of the staff spoke English very well and could have conversations, not just simple answers. The lighting was intimate and it was very enjoyable overall. I recommend this restaurant if you are interested in a different type of ramen. The menu is quite diverse so I'm sure there is something you will be curious to try that you can't get anywhere else in Tokyo.

Absolutely blown away by how good the lobster ramen here was! Would come back more if I could. We ordered the basic lobster ramen set with the cheese risotto option, as well as the lobster cream ramen and added raviolis (which are like wantons). Everything was so delicious, we dream about it a lot now. Between the basic and the lobster cream ramen, I preferred the basic ramen because the soup base was full of umami, tasted like a lobster bisque. All the ingredients used were high quality and we loved the meal so much! After finishing the ramen, you can pour the soup into the cheese topped rice to create a nice risotto. If you have a small appetite you can probably skip this as I was so full from just the noodles but it was a worthwhile add on if you can eat more! We arrived before the restaurant opened for lunch and managed to get in for the first seating. They accept credit cards here.
