Chekkar Restaurant, Open everyday 10am - 9pm Please free your tummy before u come here for extremely delicious thai food. Their signature Tenggiri Chekka is wow, everything we ordered is superb delicious. I would rather come again just for their food. Very friendly owner, very humble & very kind. This is the best Thai Restaurant everyone should visit when u come to Hatyai. We came here after found some review in google, at 1st we confused as the restaurant are not same as in google. ( they move to temporary shop )

I went in June 2023, they had moved to next door shop since they renovate their old shop. Food taste still same as 10 years ago.Fried mackerel is among this restaurant signature dish. Tomyam seafood also delicious i would rate 5/5.

Ikan tenggiri is a-must to try and the fish salad pun sedap + sayur peria goreng telur we had with 2 white rice total Bath 690.Nice people.

We never miss gng to Chekkar whenever we are in Hatyai since 10 years ago. Family run. Simple unpretentious food. Love the tenggiri chekkar and its shredded fish with manggo salad. Just discovered it's fish kheng som which has ommelette in it. Currently undergoing renovations so its running from a smaller side shop. Otherwise there used to be huge parking justbefore the restaurant as well as a big musolla for prayers. Looking forward to completion of its renovation.

Food taste good but not spicy at all. We ordered Tenggiri Masak Kicap and Crispy Fish Salad with 2 rice and a cup of Tea, the price is TB600 For mee too expensive.
