I had garlic-flavored ramen. This time I tried rice flour noodles, which tasted like soba noodles. It's also super tasty to add rice to the remaining soup, so I hope you'll try it! (post added on December 14, 2024) The vegan curry (the rice was germinated fermented brown rice!) was delicious as well as the vegan ramen. Apparently, this ramen shop was originally a restaurant that served soup curry, not ramen, so it was full of attention to detail. (post added on October 26, 2024) I come here to eat when I have a chance to visit the Tokyo area for work. The owner of this restaurant, which opened in 2008, is a one-man operation. The owner has a strong commitment to thoroughly avoid using ingredients that contain food additives that may be harmful to health. The ramen soup is made with vegetable stock and yeast liquid derived from brown rice, which gives it a distinctive flavor and leaves a lingering strong aftertaste. The noodles are not Chinese noodles, but thin pasta noodles like capellini, which may feel strange to some people (I think the reason he don't use Chinese noodles is to avoid kansui, a food additive). You can also change the noodles to rice noodles. The fried dumplings are also very delicious and will go well with alcohol. It's a little far from the station, about a 10-minute walk, but the parking lots nearby aren't too expensive, so you can come by car even from far away.

We arrived at 9pm after a 10-minute walk from the station and were really glad we made it in time before the shop closed!! We loved the vegan ramen - the broth was amazing, and fried gyoza were really good too! It was exactly what we needed in a cold winter evening! Will absolutely recommend it!

Small vegan eatery nested in a residential area. The sitting area is limited and shoes need to be taken off before sitting on the raised platform with low tables if not using the bar counter seat. The rice yeast dragon ramen is pretty good. Curry ramen has the taste of curry but it's not spicy. Gyoza was also decent as well

First things first, cash only. Cozy place, you need to remove your shoes and sit traditionally if possible. I have an issue with my hip but I was still able to make it work. It only seats two tables. This was my favorite food of the whole Tokyo section of my trip, it's very hard to find traditional Japanese food that's vegan or vegetarian. The man that runs the restaurant is soft spoken, kind, and a very talented chef.

Very traditional looking shop, cash only and shoeless. The menu is fully vegan. I took the recommended ramen which was both rich in flavour and deep while being light enough to be able to also enjoy some gyoza. The owner is also super nice. Great atmosphere and food, I highly recommend this place !
