The Bombay Earth is one of the restaurants out of the many others in the premises of Eskay resorts ,it's a pure vegetarian restaurant which offers you some amazing mocktails and some decent cocktails. The presentation of mocktails is really something to look out for and some decent work done in the cocktail as well. The restaurant is quite spacious and usually people come over here in groups for kitty parties and normal dine in . They offer membership to the resort and also discounts are offered to their members as well on their food bills. The Vibes of this place is really positive and soothing , the staff is welcoming and sweet to talk. They gave us some really good suggestions for trying some amazing stuff especially the spinach smoothies which was a shocker to me as I hate spinach , but it turned out to be a blunder . What we tried goes out like this - ▶️Mocktails 1) Cranberry kiss - from presentation to the taste , from edible flowers at the top to the cranberry and grenadine taste along with the orange juice Everything was perfectly balanced in this amazing Mocktail , highly recommended ? 2)Spinach Smoothie - I literally was surprised to hear that it's a spinach smoothie but by the looks it looks decent and the amazin artwork of lemon at the top for presentation was really worth the wait , the mixture of spinach and some kiwi literally didn't make it feel as if I was having spinach smoothie , something which was really worth a try .. ▶️Cocktails 1) Choco Martini -good old cocktail made with coffee liqueur mixed with coffee powder topped with whiskey...every sip was refreshing when coffee liqueur hits your palate 2) Activated Batman - something unique and must try drink ...edible charcoal shaked with whiskey garnish with pineapple sticks...taste was unique as were the ingredients in it ▶️Appetizers 1)Kung pao Potatoes - Chinese style potato fries tossed in Kung pao sauce garnished with sesame seeds... perfectly balanced sweet and sourtaste hits the right note. 2) Tandoori platter - a platter consisting of all the options in the menu from cauliflower to baby potatoes to mushrooms to baby corn Everything was available in the Platter , Different exotic vegetables marinated with different sauces and made up on tandoor , achari aloo was my favourite marinated dish, and so was the baby corn , not to forget the paneer was also delicious the achari seekh kebabs can be a lil juicy as they became a lil dry , but a good blend very soft and yummy , overall a good platter . ▶️Main course 1)Pot rice - a mixture of many veggies and loads of rice though the presentation is something that can be worked on the tomatoes at the side make it look more Indian otherwise the taste of the dish is really good to have , the veggies are diced nicely and make it really healthy and a flavour full potrice , enough for two people quite fullfilling and worth the penny. ▶️Desserts Mango cream - Seasonal dessert consist of whipped cream mixed with mango juice and garnished with slice of mango slice ,it's the summer special dish and since it's mango season they have mango cream in their dessert section which is presented quite beautifully and the glass filled with cream and mango juice giving it the sweet and sour taste , making it really delicious and something you should definitely try in the mango special season.highly recommended ? Overall the service is good , the management is really sweet though they take a lil time which they can improve other then that it's a really good place to look out for , an amazing place for a veggie lover and for someone who wishes to relax and get out of the noise of the city it's a perfect hideout place .

You can also use macaroni. * Cocktail Soup - Bombay Earth special soup especially curated for their guest Starter INDIAN * Tandoori Platter - A Nice mix of paneer Tikka, sheekh kebab, Tandoori Mushroom, aloo, babycorn & cauliflower marinated with tandoori. CONTINENTAL * Spicy Cheese Qhaboos - One portion serves 5 Decent sized Qhaboos which is stuffed with chilli, onion, tomato, cheese and cucumber on the side. * Mexican Roll - One portion serves 8 compact sized tortillas stuffed with beans, corn which are initially prepared in bbq sauce & then wrapped inside each tortilla by adding salsa and mayonnaise on top. Menu is extensive, food quality and quantity is good & flavours are well balanced. Staff management, service is top notch & our table supervisor Ms Jalpa Dave made our dinner experience was delightful. Our table servers Malik, Umesh, Avdhesh, Kartik & Shudhansu took care of our food & drinks ? order. Bombay Earth offers decent decor, lively ambience, polite and attentive staff who take care of all your needs & make your food experience delightful.

It is a Pure Vegetarian place and to be honest, I never thought of Vegetarian food to be outstanding until I visited this place. . I had a fun time here with our F&B Team out here Ms. Jalpa the table supervisor along with the whole managed to provide an excellent service. The service was very fast and the food right from the presentation to the taste was amazing. The place is huge and distribution of tables is perfect. Recently visited this amazing outlet at eskay resorts called the Bombay earth. One of the best of all in all departments whether it is food, service ,ambience this was the best! . Mrs Jalpa suggested us so many good dishes to us. Mr karthik gave us some amazing mocktails. Service by Mr pranay was lovely. No complaints. We ordered the Bombay summer, paneer hunan, spicy cheese qaboos, Rajasthani sabzi with stuffed paratha and naan in main course. Dessert we had the strawberry Cream it was way too good. The food was really excellent. The quantity was lovely. It was worth visiting it. Would love to visit this place again for sure. Recommending this place to everyone out here. Do come with family ,friends for some amazing experience.

Simply loved the food, interiors, seating, the entire ambience here. The food quality and taste both are really good. Bombay Earth is a spacious, cozy and a peaceful place to be visited with your loved ones to spend a good quality time over here. We tried some amazing dishes here:- Bombay summer it is one of the best mocktail here and has a very amazing flavour of mint, soda, lemon ?, it's a very very refreshing and a must try drink over here. I would highly recommend this dish to everyone. We also tried the Oreo shake and the Mexican bhel here. Tandoori platter was also very nice and delicious. Next we tried was the Rajasthani Sabzi which was amazing and again a must try and highly recommended dish for sure. Cheese garlic Naan was super tasty with a lot of cheese and garlic flavour and I just loved it. We also tried a exotic vegetable sizzler here. Last but not least we tried the sizzling chocolate brownie as my meal can never get completed without a desert and this brownie was served with a scope of vanilla ice cream on top and with a generous amount of melted chocolate poured on the top. It was served on the amazing hot sizzler plate. Definitely try the Rajasthani sabzi, tandoori platter, Bombay summer and the sizzling brownie once here and I am sure you would regularly want to enjoy these dishes.
