If you want home cooked vegetarian Indian food this is the place. Laid back atmosphere (You have to take shoes out). Delicious buffet for a very low price.

delicious home cooked style vegetarian food served in a buffet line. the way they cook dhal, biryani, kheer etc. was very special. inexpensive dining within a lovely, cooling environment with a great garden! parking is a bit tricky but well worth it! will come back for more.

I came here endless times since 2009, from Era where it was "Eat as you can & Pay as you wish" and also open for dinner time.... Since pandemic only lunches are provided (lack of staff). Quality is the same, warm welcoming is the same, beautiful room and garden are the same. You can't be saying you visited Penang while missing this Gem.

On Fridays there will be selected Indian cuisine served with varieties. Delicious,yummy!! RM17/pax is worthy. May try some of the ala carte menu as well. Some volunteers are really friendly and pleasant. Others need to improve their social interaction esp when serving the food ,a little smile that would increase the appetite. Customers are friends,why want to stare at em like intruders?

Both Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians will love this place for the food and ambience!
