The service was impeccable; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail.

Today I had the British high tea at the Alice at the Langham in Jakarta. It was absolutely surreal experience not only because everything on the tray tasted unbelievably good, but the chef de patissier (Norbert?) went out of his way to change the flag from the UK to Australia so I can celebrate Australia Day in Jakarta. My hat goes out to him for going outside the brief and indulging on my request which made the day special as I was unable to celebrate our national day back in my home country of Sydney, Australia. Kudos also to the staff who were all attentive and making sure my experience is a memorable one. I also went to the Artesian, the roof top bar of the Langham, and I also had the same great experience. Highly recommend the espresso martini that tastes amazing using luwak white coffee liqueur. Thank you The Langham for making my Australia Day celebrations in Jakarta memorable!

Booked an afternoon tea for two. Everything was nice. The ambiance was top notch The foods absolutely gorgeous and well prepared The presentation was excellent. - I had a wonderful time, thank you to Mas Indra.

We have a great experience to celebrate birthday here. The service is good, kind waiters, nice pastries and foods. The food’s size is bigger than we expect and we got complimentary birthday cake :) Will surely come back here again

Visiting from Melbourne. Had a wonderful Mother's Day Hightea here with my daughter which we enjoyed immensely. Staff were wonderful. Amazing food and drinks. Beautiful place.... We will definitely visit again the next time we're in Jakarta.
