This is one of the restaurants in this chain. They've lot's branches in Tokyo and Osaka.... Actually, the meat is not bad. However, it's for most frozen. The price is a bit on the high side for the quality and restaurant. The location is not bad.... very close to shops and hotels. The staff are all non-Japanese. It's really easy to order. They are very nice and friendly. I don't really want to provide my feedback on decoration...

Amazing Halal Wagyu in the heart of Tokyo. We tried the 6 types of meat and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and location were amazing, and the taste of the meat was incredible. Highly recommended.

What an amazing last meal for our holiday in Japan! Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. Such great care in explaining the menu and the cuts of meat. Cooked so beautifully for us at the start and then our platter provided for us to cook ourselves. Our server, a lovely man from Germany was such a pleasure to talk to and really took great care of us. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. The meat really did melt in the mouth and the wagu rice was outstanding!

I believe it is the best most wornderful meat I have ever tasted in my life. It is so tender and flavorful, and the sauces are so good. The staff is amazing, all are so friendly. They will help you select and choose from the menu, they will teach you how to grill if it is your first time. They even charged my mobile. And they all speak english. I want to come here every day!! I felt like eating and crying at the same time, it is that GOOD!

Booked online. Met lovely staff, and a very fun German man who pushed this review beyond 5 stars if I could give it. They were very accommodating. Explained the menu for us English speakers. Acted very professional. After an orderof drinks and food. The level of the food and the service provided was amazing. We booked in for 6pm and was amazed by the level of detail from all the waiters. This food melted in the mouth and honestly could not compare to anything else.
