Used to come here late at night for CHEAP cumin lamb skewers grilled over charcoal. We'd eat them right on the quiet street, with a bottle of local beer to accompany. Occasionally, we'd go upstairs and eat wheat noodles and cabbage dishes too, which weren't bad. One time, we came into the middle of a Uigur music performance, with keyboards, disco lights and awesome singing. Definitely a night I'll never forget. :)

Halal food at relatively reasonable prices. The lamb skewers are delicious. They are 6rmb each. Also tried the yogurt. The restaurant is called nawa uighur restaurant.

Good Halal Food. Reasonably priced. Good size portions
