Stayed here with a friend on a recent trip to Seoul. The room was immaculate and very clean. We opted for a the pool in the room and the stream shower was everything!!!!! The buffet breakfast, sauna and gym exceeded our expectations. All staff were extremely nice and the front desk ensured that we understood all of the hotel amenities to enjoy during our stay. Jenny at the front desk/service desk went above and beyond to assist us in booking a flight from Busan to Osaka and called us a cab to the train station. We never felt like we were a bother and all staff went out of their way to provide 5+ star service. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

A beautiful and elegant experience, with a few areas for improvement This hotel is truly gorgeous, offering an amazing spa, exquisite dining options, and a well-designed, elegant atmosphere throughout. The staff are warm, attentive, and eager to assist—special thanks to Kay, who made our stay especially smooth and enjoyable. It was a delight to see her each day! My four-star rating reflects two specific areas for improvement: 1. Children’s Program Accessibility As a mom, I was drawn to this hotel in part because it advertises a children’s program—a major deciding factor when traveling with kids. However, while getting checked into my room, I was disappointed to learn that this program is only available to club members, not hotel guests. I would strongly recommend the hotel consider offering a version of the program tailored to hotel guests. Providing reputable, safe childcare is a huge asset for traveling families. Speaking for myself (and I know many other moms would agree), if there’s a hotel that offers trusted care for my child during a stay, that’s the one I’ll choose—every time. 2. Room Temperature Our group booked three Deluxe Pool Namsan View rooms, and we all found them uncomfortably hot. I understand the heated pool may contribute to the overall warmth, but even with the thermostat set to 18°C, the cooling mode on full blast, and windows open at night, the room remained stuffy. While opening the windows helped slightly, it also introduced loud noise, bad smells, and humidity—and we still woke up sweating. My guess is that the room stayed around a stuffy 75-80°F. Packing in a frenzy is never fun. Packing in a frenzy in this room, though, was an absolute nightmare. I was dripping with sweat, so overheated I felt like I might pass out. Despite keeping the thermostat set to cool with the fan at its highest setting, I never once felt actual airflow during my stay, making it difficult to catch my breath or cool down. At the very least, I’d suggest placing large box fans in these rooms to improve comfort. There is an LG air purifier in the room, which is nice. Additionally, the LG purifier has a section which blows air out. It doesn’t blow out enough to make any hairs move, but with my face pressed directly against it, there was a slight bit of relief. Overall, this is a great property with wonderful staff and so much to offer. With just a few thoughtful adjustments, it could be a perfect experience for families and solo travelers alike.

OMG! This was our first stay at this location and we’re so impressed. The views from the room were spectacular (we’re staying grand premium pool suit). Tennis, swimming, gym, spa, etc. we enjoyed so much!! When I come back to Korea, I’m coming back! Food was soooooo good. We’re more for the quality than quantity. And this place met our expectation. Staff members were so professional, kind, and friendly. Thank you everyone! You guys are awesome!!!

It was an amazing experience! All the staff and Kay Kim at reception were amazing! The room was super clean, tidy and super comfortable with a beautiful view of the tower!!! Room service delicious and the spa!!!! Omg was the best!!! I loved so much Zoe services and everyone there!
