***** Updates: the double charge has been corrected by the hotel management. ***** We stayed at their executive floor double twin beds room for 6 nights. The room was small yet comfortable. The executive lounge served the same dishes for breakfast and happy hour for all six days. I would not recommend it. In the end they charged my credit card twice and we are still trying to get our refund back as of today.

A classy hotel with great service. Staff are friendly and helpful with instructions. Rooms are beautiful with a separate toilet room from the shower/tub stall. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a steam room & hot tub. Location is within a 15 minute walk to FE21’ Mega Far Eastern Department Store and is across the street from 7-11.

Newly opened in December 2024. 1. The room was spacious and comfortable. 2. Staff were friendly and attentive to inquiries. 3. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the metro station. 4. There are limited dining options nearby, with only a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart across the street. 5. The sauna, hot bath, and steam room were the most relaxing and enjoyable aspects of the hotel. 6. The buffet breakfast had the same food selection for both days of my stay.

I appreciated the thoughtful service at this hotel. The hotel staff always greeted me with a warm "welcome back". Besides, the service team proactively introduced the gym and pool while I was casually looking around, explaining the need for prior registration, which made me feel reassured. I think it is a good way to manage the facility. Please keep up the good work. My stay was full of pleasant surprises, and I left with great memories. I especially liked the orizuru on the pillow and the oranges in the room. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and I was excited to try every Japanese dishes like Natto, which is a rare find in hotels in Taiwan. It's really great to find a hotel in Kaohsiung that's both convenient and of such high quality.

We arrived early for our check in as my travel companion was sick from our journey. The hotel staff was understanding and gave us access to the resting area in the gym. Everyone in the hotel is courteous and smiley, which really reflected the warmth of the Southern Taiwan and the professional attitude Japanese enterprises. Although our trip was curtailed due to health reasons but we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel for its tastefully furnished and spacious rooms and the welcoming staff.
