Stayed for 4 nights here recently with my family. It was a great stay with fantastic service and a spacious room. The breakfast was excellent and the location was highly central within walking distance to wang fu jing street. However, the hotel lobby is very small for a luxury hotel and the breakfast area was too small such that we had to queue for a table for certain days if we went at peak timing. Overall, I think it was great but there are better options at this price point.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing was incredible from start to finish. Easily one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The service was outstanding. Murphy at the front desk was warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Jerried was also great, helping us weigh our luggage and offering friendly support with a smile. We stayed in a Premier Suite that was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The team had already been in touch with the Waldorf Osaka before our arrival, so everything we had requested was already in place. That level of coordination was impressive. Dinner at Zijin Mansion on our first night was excellent. The food was refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Mandela, the Executive Chef of the property, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His warmth and hospitality stood out, and my son absolutely loved him. Every detail felt thoughtful and personal. We cannot wait to return!

I had a truly memorable stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. The location is absolutely fantastic – nestled right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the historic Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and several other iconic landmarks. It made exploring Beijing effortless and enjoyable. What really stood out, however, was the impeccable service. The team went above and beyond to make my birthday special, surprising me with thoughtful treats that made the occasion feel genuinely celebrated.

Luxurious Hotel right in the middle of a tourist district. Gym is well equipped although small. Variety of weight can improve. It is a too pricy for business travelers but not a bad choice if you are in Beijing for sight seeing

The service is beyond and above. I am a diamond member. I arrived with my kids, and they offered me a room upgrade without me to ask. The upgraded room is not ready, and they offered me another room for us to wait and rest until our room is ready. Very thoughtful. The staff at the restaurant and the pool are also very attentive. Exceptional service!
