This was our first time booking through the BnB app, and our family was very impressed. The room was clean, large, and spacious, making us feel at home. The security staff was very cooperative, and K. Tan, the room owner, responded quickly to our inquiries and was super helpful and friendly. Checking in and receiving the key was very easy, and they gave great attention to the tenants. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation.

The stay is cool and awesome. It's very clean and newly furnished. The services provided are very good and friendly. Besides, the response rate is very fast. The location is good also. Overall, really enjoy the stay! Thank you so much.

Bernard was a super friendly and responsive host. There was an issue with the plumbing in the place we originally booked, but he immediately arranged another unit for us at no extra cost, just to make sure we had a good stay. Our flight arrived really early in the morning, and he even let us check in way before the usual 3 PM time, which was super helpful. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and in a very convenient location. Highly recommend staying at his place if you're visiting Penang!

Feels like home — a comfortable stay at an affordable price. However, with only one toilet located inside a room, it can be inconvenient for a group. Overall, still a recommended stay for a group of 5!

Definitely will come back and stay with W Stay as the check in and check out was simple and easy. The apartment was clean and all utilities were supplied. The shower is most amazing because the water pressure was so good.
