Like any other Marriott hotel, it doesn’t disappoint. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and very nice. The food , we had the breakfast and it was very good, it was a breakfast buffet with various cuisines. The service and the staff are all excellent. not much to complain here.

Trendy, chic, modern - and like most hotels in Macau, the service is friendly and check-in and out took a while (which was the only negative point). The standard rooms are spacious but luckily my NUA got approved so I was able to stay in their fantastic suite, which was indeed fantastic. Their buffet, like others, is pricey, but the quality was good.

We had stayed to stay many good hotels but W HOTEL Macau just STAND OUT into everything. Everything is just perfection from check-in to check-out! We were very happy through out the stay. Thanks so much to Dess, who made sure the room is immaculately clean to every detail! Dan Dqn from concierge who was very genuinely happy to help and even remembered our names upon check out! Edward from reception who was great in hospitality and even remembered our names as well upon check out! Beyond words, how we had a memorable stay! ALL the staffs are very friendly and professional, from reception, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant, gym and pool attendants. Breakfast is just top quality with so many great selections! Really, everyone is just so genuine and happy to help! Room is so clean, modern and spacious! Everything is just luxury. Location is perfect too and great if you have kids. It is directly attached to Studio City and lots of nice restaurants from high end to mid range such as Five Guys and Mc Donalds. Also, Don Donki is just nearby the hotel. They have only an indoor pool but it is stunning as it is! W Macau is well recommended when you plan to stay in Macau.

Great hotel, quite new and very beautiful interior. We had the fantastic suite with a great view. Love it and will stay again. Just the service needs to be improved at some point. At the beginning I couldn't figure out where's the speaker, a staff cman eto our room for delivering some amenities so I asked him, but he answered me there's no speaker in the suite.. Ofcuz I didn't believe it and then I figured it out myself later..... The TV can connect with your phone and there's one speaker by the bed. While we checked out we mentioned that some items has been consumed in the minibar, my husband had 2 whiskey, her remembered one name but forgot the other one, but actually there's only 2 whiskey brands there, the check out staff took ages to ask my husband what's the brand and how does it look like? I asked him if he has a minibar list at the front desk, then it would be so much easier to figure out what's that! He doesn't had one.... And there's no actual menu in the room for hotel directory or.room service or spa menu. A little bit inconvenient for old school people like me... Spa was good, great service and treatments were amazing! But overall, beside all those little issue, this is a great hotel!

Lynn is excellent and professional assisting us on looking better room and give us better customer experience. She is friendly and helpful to solve the requirements that I request. Love her attitude and spirit in customer experience. Kids are loving her and answer any of the questions. As a Loyalty Marriott Members, Lynn able to help me upgrade my stay with perfection. A side note, Check-in Process might need to improve as there are too many peoples queue up and yet the room is not ready.
