Rooms were a tad small, but for the price and location were great. In general staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for 6 nights/7days and there was one gentlemen who worked at night who was extremely rude and refused to fill up our water. For context, the water is tap filled by a pitcher and is just a reusable bottle so that you have water by the bedside so the fact that one staff member wouldn't fill it up and made a big deal about it was ridiculous. Worst of all, his attitude was flat out rude. Every other staff member was extremely gracious about making sure we had towels, tissues and water. This one guy though... if it wasn't for him the hotel would have been 5 stars all around, but his rudeness, attitude, and inconsistency with the other staff members tainted the stay.

It is an older hotel but the rooms were big and clean and comfortable. As a family of 4 with our dog, we stayed in the junior suite and it was plenty spacious. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast. No parking but many garages nearby. Nice bar area with a pool table. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel. Service was impeccable, the rooms very charming and comfortable, and the breakfast is worth every penny! From check-in to check out was a pleasure. 8 minute walk to Notre Dame, 25 min walk to the Louvre, and amazing restaurants all around!
