The Villa is located at the best possible spot in Langkawi without a doubt. It’s right on a broad beachside main road which is clean and less crowded and yet easily accessible on foot for all the major happening areas. The rooms were spacious and adequately equipped. The sit-out area in front was very cosy. They had a beautiful pool, clean washrooms with ample natural light and in house bakery and restaurant cum bar. The breakfast on offer was tasty and hygienic and while not a very big spread it was satiating. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Tengah beach is hardly 100 metres and it also has top rated restaurants like Hidden Langkawi right there. Overall, if you are not hell bent on having a property right on the beach or sea views from rooms in hotels with higher floors, then this is eyes closed the best option. It’s a bonus Airport is nearby as well.

We had a great time . The location is quiet and a short walk to the beach and cafes. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The Red Sky Cafe was handily placed and served cold beer and excellent food. The room was clean and tended to every day. Definitely worth a visit!

Excellent location and really fantastic customer service. The villas have everything you need, with plenty of space, though they are slightly dated. Very tranquil spot. We found Villa Molek very relaxing.

An amazing slightly out of the way 12-room cosy establishment in the middle of luxuriant vegetation. Breakfast is outstanding, and there's no word strong enough to praise the staff. A bit pricy, but look out for promotions. Worth breaking your piggy bank!

Nice rooms, with all amenities, very chilled swimming pool space with nice trees and vegetation surrounding. Overall a very quiet, chill and relaxing hotel. Ver friendly and helpful staff.
