We found this to be a very pleasant hotel. Everything about it seemed perfect including the Hotel Manager Amer. He is a very thoughtful concierge. He has good advice about any questions asked. Where could I find coffee at 6 am? What is the best way to get transportation to the airport at 5 am? What are some good restaurants and sights within walking distance of the hotel? The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised since the price was quite low. Definitely felt like a great value. We would stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Nice hotel, acceptable pricing. Good room size for price. Close to all the George Town attractions. No need to book breakfast, all you can eat is around in walking distance. The paying for parking procedure should be clarified in advance

The hotel is generally pleasant, though somewhat quiet. A small convenience store is the only amenity immediately adjacent to the property. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the pricing is competitive. While staffing levels appear limited, service fairly satisfactory.

Good location quietly tucked amongst the interesting attractions of Georgetown, minutes walk to everything. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. Rooms are nice though somehow there were some ants around table corners. So we avoided putting food there.
