It's my second time at this hotel. Good positioned, the public bath is nice, some stuff available for washing, skin care ... The bed is comfortable, and there are no disturbing noises from outside

Recommend the public bathing experience, a highlight of the trip! Update: We want to report our unpleasant encounter with one of the counter staff at around 19:40 on 31 May. We asked to buy 2 people’s breakfast tickets for 3 days. She repeatedly wanted to confirm if it was 2 tickets we would like to purchase. We corrected that it should be 6 tickets. What irritated me the most was that she asked if we would like to continue using English since it appeared “we couldn’t understand English”. Wow. I mean, with your stuttering sentences, what a wild and extremely rude question to ask. I felt utterly offended by her lack of professionalism.
