Warm and Welcoming Stay in Central Hanoi I recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of Hanoi, and I can't recommend it enough! Martin and his wife, who are managing the hotel fresh since a month, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their dedication and hard work are evident in every interaction. When I had a few nights of tummy troubles, they were incredibly caring and attentive, offering assistance and checking in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and safe. It truly felt like staying with family, and their kindness made all the difference. The location is unbeatable - right in the center of Hanoi, making it easy to explore all the city's major attractions on foot. While the property could benefit from a few updates, it was clean, cozy, and offered excellent value for the price, especially compared to other options in the area. If you're looking for a centrally located, budget-friendly stay with hosts who genuinely care about your well-being, this is the place to be. Thank you, Martin and your wife, for making my time in Hanoi so special!

A nice hotel in the old city, perfect to walk around and visit the city. The rooms are nice, and comfy but quite noisy, in our room the toilet door couldn't be locked. A friend of mine whose more sensitive to the quality of the mattress also complained about that. Overall still a great place. The owner also offered to exchange money, and it was the best exchange rate so far (directly the rate on Google) but only do so for a large amount of money (at least 50 euros)

Very good hotel ! Martin was really nice and gave me a quiet room as needed. FYI mattress is really hard but I guess this is the same everywhere in Vietnam. Anyway I recommend this place

Very cheap room (~20€, 2 Pers.), of course it was simple and the bathroom had some issues, but it was exactly what we looked for. No loud noises and Martin is a very(!) friendly, accommodating guy who gives good information - also booked us a cheap and well organized transfer to Cat Ba.

From the comfortable, affordable price and clean rooms to the exceptional staff service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff, Tuấn were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, offering great recommendations from picking us up from Nội Bài Airport to the Hotel and places to explore in Hanoi. Their hospitality truly made our trip memorable! Moreover, the food served here was amazing, flavorful, and a great mix of local and international dishes. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options to start the day right. Lastly, Tuan Central hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of famous attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xuan Market, and countless street food stalls. It was so convenient to explore Hanoi’s vibrant culture and nightlife! If you’re looking for great value, top-notch service, and a prime location, this is the place to stay in Hanoi. 10/10 without a doubt—we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
