Fantastic look and feel here. Great food, great service, fantastic Staff. New and fresh look. Very classy. Victor, Sandra, Gavin, Kim and Julia do an amazing job. Live local music in the lobby is a nice touch. The swimming pool and spa have an photo worthy view to show off to your friends. Lunchtime pizza and drinks deal is great value and My God the pizza is delicious, even the crust. The breakfast menu is delicious and fresh. We Will be returning to this luxurious place very soon. 5 star for me. Good job Guys, keep up the good work. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

During my recent overnight stay at the luxurious TRYP Hotel in Southport, Gold Coast, I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is dedicated to creating an outstanding guest experience. A special shout-out goes to Roberto, the owner, whose warm and welcoming presence set the tone for my entire stay. His genuine care for the guests is truly admirable. Equally impressive was Fabrizio, whose attentiveness and professionalism made me feel valued and well taken care of. I cannot go without mentioning Gill at the check-in desk, who delivered next-level customer service. From the first interaction, Gill made me feel right at home with a friendly smile and seamless check-in process. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to ensuring guests have a flawless experience, and Gill certainly went above and beyond. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant Amore Ristorante was another highlight, offering delicious food that perfectly complemented the luxurious atmosphere. Combined with the exceptional service, it made for an incredibly happy and memorable visit. I highly recommend the TRYP Hotel in Southport to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality. All was a bit strange. We got upgraded to a two bedroom which was nice. However, we booked very early on in opening and were led to believe there was breakfast- when we arrived it was a 2for1 with less than 10 options. Didn’t end up using them. We got good value for money with the room and upgrade. Just very strange. Outside parking was a bit share house energy with having to park and hope for the best that you wouldn’t be parked in or in rouble. Location is fine if you have a car or don’t plan on going many places.

Met up with friends staying there. Cannot comment on the rooms. Service at the bar was friendly, fast. Good pizza. Live piano music ? which was lovely. Pleasant way to spend a late afternoon.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks during our official visit to Australia. The apartments were well-maintained and clean, with ample amenities for cooking, laundry, and relaxation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Throughout our stay, we received breakfast from the hotel, which was consistently delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided warm, attentive service. Highly recommended!
