No 47 Corner St 01 And St 94 Village 9, Phnom Penh 12021, Cambodia
Great communication in booking interconnected rooms - many thanks Haris Bong. Balcony was spacious and had prime view of Khmer New Year water fights and wat Phnom grounds. Cafe food was fresh and tasty and service was prompt and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty with fruits cereals, soup station, eggs bacon sausage etc, crepes pancakes, baked treats, coffee juices and more. Pool had a great view and good seating and the adjoining gym was basic but in good condition. Free water provided too which is a thoughtfull touch. The main room of the connected rooms included a lounge area which was spacious and included all the neccesities for a comfortable stay. It was clean modern and sleek and the beds were comfortable. Just a note for people lucky enough to stay here that the AC controls are next to the bed :). The location of the hotel was right in the middle of Khmer New Year festivities which were so much fun. Also close to many good restaurants and pubs, the river and cruises, royal palace, markets and many other shops.
This was my second visit at this hotel and for sure not the last one. Tribe hotel is close to river and, as the name says, the Post Office. It's surrounded by a lot restaurants and convenience stores. This time I got a smaller room but with balcony with a perfect view in the river. The room was equipped with a shower, coffee machine, refrigerator and small desk. The bed was really comfortable. The room interior looked like new and the room was clean. The breakfast was good but I missed some more Asian food. The hotel has also a pool with a terrass with seating area. But what I liked the most is the friendliness of the staff. A special big thank you to Mr. Sna and Mr. Harris for nice chats and that they remembered me from my last visit a year ago.
I recently conducted training sessions at Tribe Hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The hotel’s location is ideal—easily accessible and well-connected, which made it very convenient for all our participants. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the Tribe team. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire event. From setting up the training space to ensuring all our needs were met during the day, their support was seamless and greatly appreciated. Tribe Hotel offers more than just a functional space—it’s supported by a team that clearly understands what great customer service means. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to host a professional event or training in a well-managed and welcoming venue. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
The Tribe Phnom Penh is a lovely, well fitted out, modern hotel with a great service team. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while on holiday in Phnom Penh and the hotel was a great base to explore the city from. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel’s breakfast buffet varied and good quality, and the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We especially enjoyed the 15 minute massage at the spa on the ground floor which was included as a free gift for hotel guests, and a lovely sunset drink overlooking the river at the rooftop bar. There were plenty of spots within walking distance including the central market and royal palace, and it was easy to get a taxi or tuk tuk when needed.
A mate and myself stayed for a week for a look around Phnom Penh and the Riverside district. Hotel is perfectly located for this purpose. Close enough to be able to walk anywhere on Riverside but far enough away from the main streets for it to be a quiet and peaceful location. The young staff were always happy to greet guests, offer sought after advice and offer any assistance. The staff in the dining room at the breakfast were bright and happy to serve. We were afforded an early checkin and a late check out which fit in prefectly with our flights. Having travelled extensively in South East Asia over 30 years, from being a backpacker to now a seasoned and comfort inclined traveller, The Tribe Post Office, Phnom Penh is as good as if not the best hotel I have stayed in. At value for money easily the best. Finally I have to say that the bed and pillows were divine.
