It is a fantastic. The place is clean. The room size is good too. Sufficient bathrooms to cater for all of us. Location wise is good. Many places with good food and nearby there is a mall within walking distance.

what I really really like about this place is the service. all of the staff here are sooo helpful and friendly. they also give suggestions for the activities to do while in Penang, and local’s favorite spots. as for the room, I stayed on the 2nd floor, and it was pretty tidy, clean, and comfortable single room with aircond. the wall is pretty thin tho, so it’s definitely not soundproof. but I spent most of my time outside and just got back in my room to rest, plus my neighbors were also pretty quiet, so I still enjoy my stay here.

Very warm and professional welcome. Everything is well explained and a message for the activities was sent to us. Comfortable room overall, the air-conditioning works very well and the bed is great The location is great for visiting Georges Town, but we respect religion and the mosque's loudspeakers are really loud. Soundproofing is non-existent. The hotel provides earplugs for this problem.

The friendliest and most thoughtful staff I've met so far. The building is massive: there's plenty of bathrooms and toilets everywhere, the kitchen has a water dispenser and a big fridge to storage your food. Also, location is amazing. It's very close to bars, nice restaurants and Armenian street. Rooms are small and walls are very thin so you can hear everything from other rooms. However, they give you earplugs so you can have a sound sleep.
