The perfect NYC stay. The staff is all amazing, especially Margaret at the front desk. She greets you with the warmest smile every time you walk in. She makes you feel important and is ready to help in any way. The rooms are beautifully done and clean.

This hotel will be the flagship 5 star hotel in the Upper East Side. The rooms, are newly renovated. I’ve stayed at The Mark and the Carlyle before as well and this hotel is my favorite. Daniele, the Casa Tua lounge manager made the experience very personable as I’ve seen him frequently at Cipriani. Johannes, the chef concierge noticed I was looking around and assisted me in finding the bathroom without me even having to ask. The hotel general manager is someone I’ve met in my previous trips to New York at my stays at the Baccarat.

I travel world-wide and can not say enough good things about how much I loved this hotel. The only issue I had was reservation help on the phone otherwise the staff at the door, the front desk, the concierge , the restaurant, and wonderful housekeeping (Ramata was lovely) were all FABULOUS. The location for us was perfect. PS. best French toast I have ever had!! Gym even had a Peloton!! I was there May 2025 for 5 nights. loved it!!
