We came here in September of 2023 for our honeymoon and stayed at the ocean view pool villa. It was incredible! The service was exceptional and we loved every aspect of our stay. The resort helped us pick out excursions for the days we wanted to get out and explore. They arranged EVERYTHING. We just chose the excursion and they arranged for our ride to pick us up etc. We just paid for everything at the end of our stay. The room service was amazing and we always had a ton of food. The service in general was incredible. Each staff member went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, we honestly felt like they were family by the time we left. Would definitely recommend this resort! We have decided we will be back every 5 years. My husband and I talk often about how we can’t wait to get back here.

We came for our wedding in March 2025 and had the most amazing experience ever! Amm and her team were absolutely incredible and made sure everything was perfect! She truely went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted and we will never forget her commitment. The food was also incredible as well as the amazing buffet breakfasts! All the staff were absolutely amazing and the rooms were stunning very luxurious! Highly highly recommend The Pavilion and we will definitely be coming back!

From the very first moment at The Pavilions Phuket, it felt like we had stepped into a perfectly directed dream — one we didn’t want to wake up from. We stayed twice — first in the Penthouse Pool Villa, surrounded by soft green hills and calm, thoughtful architecture. It felt like a modern retreat, private and serene, made for slow mornings and open-air afternoons. Then the Ocean View Pool Villa took it to another level. Waking up and stepping straight from the bedroom into your own infinity pool, with the Andaman Sea right ahead — it’s pure poetry. The villa’s design is more traditional, with that signature “pavilion” soul: clean lines, noble materials, and a sense of timelessness. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the team. This isn’t “just another resort chain” — it feels more like a quiet family, intuitively working together with one goal: to make you feel wonderful, without ever being over-present. From the front desk to the spa, every smile felt real, every gesture graceful. Add to that the sunsets from 360° Bar, the intimacy of ALTO restaurant, and their incredible app (seriously, one of the best hotel apps we’ve seen — quick, simple, everything at your fingertips), and you have something rare: a stay that feels like it belongs to you. We’ll carry this one with us for a long time.

I must say, when I first arrived some things didn’t go to plan. However, Sol one of the managers at this hotel has been amazing. He’s done his best to go above and beyond and make our honeymoon special. Thank you Sol, for your amazing service and understanding.

My husband and I choose the Pavilions Phuket as our wedding venue. We, along with family and friends stayed at the venue. The food, accommodations, location, and service were all amazing. All the staff we encountered during our stay were so hardworking and welcoming. Amm my wedding coordinator was the absolute best. She was so detailed, accommodating, and flexible I can’t thank her enough. She helped me make my dream of a blended western, Hmong, and Korean wedding come true. We still rave about our stay at the Pavilions Phuket to this day and will continue to do so for a long time. We’ll definitely be back!
