An amazing time spent with these beautiful animals. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny, the handlers were also encouraging and demonstrated how to pet and groom the elephants. Food was provided and there are momento pictures too which can be bought for a couple hundred baht which goes towards the elephant medicines and vet care. It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Wow a must do for all age, we use to ride elephants before, but this experience is more intimate and more fun to do with elephants. Take a 2 hours, at least, and take care of those beautiful animals, feed them with sugarcane, caress them all you want, put mud on their skin and take a bath with them. One experience you will not forget and you will be a part of elephant joy. Ask for Big, he is a good guide and explains you history of elephants. All staff are likeable. They serve a lunch as well include in the price and a waterproof case for your mobile for souvenir.

Staff was friendly. Facilities were nice. All and all it was a good experience. You don't have to bath or get in the water with the elephants if you don't want too. We fed them and walked around the facility and that was good enough for us. The website only mentions the more in depth tours. The elephants seemed to be happy. We did not see any mistreatment of the animals.
