We stayed for six nights in August at The Park Lane Hong Kong and were very pleased overall. The hotel is in a good location next to a park – close to shopping, dining, and transportation, yet quiet enough to relax after a busy day in the city on its rooftop bar. The renovated rooms are well designed, comfortable, and well thought-out. However, the non-renovated rooms do not match the same standard and, in our opinion, are not recommended. What truly made our stay exceptional was the Executive Lounge and, in particular, the warm hospitality of Sandy and her team. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness were the highlight of our stay and created a wonderful atmosphere every day. We would happily return – especially for the renovated rooms and the amazing Executive Lounge experience.

This is my third stay at the hotel post-pandemic, and each visit has been consistently wonderful. The newly renovated rooms are modern, comfortable, and a great place to unwind. I particularly enjoy the breakfast and lounge services — they make staying in just as enjoyable as exploring the many food options nearby. After a full day’s work, I often find myself perfectly content to relax at the hotel. A special thank you as well to the staff for the lovely cake last night — it was such a thoughtful and delicious surprise!

The hotel is in an excellent location — very convenient and easy to get around. The room size was good for Hong Kong standards — clean, modern, and felt quite new. Comfortable stay overall and well maintained. I had such a wonderful experience with the concierge team, shout out to Mr Ernest. He were super helpful and even assisted me in tracking my package until it safely arrived. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. Truly went above and beyond — thank you for the excellent service!”

Thank you for the great hospitality, it’s a great experience staying here. The room is fantastic, service is excellent. The lady reception, check in did a great welcome during my first day of check-in. And The lady room attendant who make up my room daily did a great job for level 18. As my 7 Days 6 Nights with 2 more days to go. Feeling total satisfaction. A great stay which I definitely enjoyed and will come back again for next vacation in Hong Kong. Stayed here in early October and received excellent service from Kennix at the Front Desk. She was thoughtful and accommodating to our travel plans. Also arranged a nice room for us to celebrate a special occasion. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable, in the heart of Causeway Bay and close to subway station.
