Booked this hotel for a night stay as we were too sleepy to continue our journey. Reached about 1am and the parking space was half full. The check in was fast, room of 2 queen beds was spacious with lovely interior including separate shower and toilet. Fantastic shower heads as it feels like taking a shower in the waterfalls that would instantly refresh your whole body. The only downside is that I can’t sleep at all although I was very tired and sleepy due to CREEPY sounds all night long. I was awakened by the whooshing, creaking and ticking sounds the whole night I was there which was coming from the wardrobe and toilet area. I could only sleep after subuh prayer and woke up sleepy, tired and feel no less than a zombie. Definitely not going to come here ever again especially at 1am.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely stressful and disappointing. Upon arrival, the first room we were given was very uncomfortable and noisy, so we requested a room change. While the staff did accommodate the change, we were later shocked to find a charge for a “broken glass” in the previous room — something we had no knowledge of breaking. We were not informed of any damage when we left the room and were given no proof, just a charge on our bill.

What made things worse was the unsettling feeling that the hotel owner could charge us without any valid reason. This left us worried and uncomfortable throughout the rest of our stay, constantly wondering if more unexpected charges would appear or if something worse could happen, like someone entering our room out of spite. It created an atmosphere of fear and distrust that no guest should have to experience while on holiday.

This hotel charges guests without reason and creates a very stressful experience. We absolutely do not recommend staying here. There are many better options out there that treat their guests with respect and transparency.

The staff were patronising , the room is dated and old , it is not clean the sheets are yellow , dead insects at the corner ,  ask to make up to room was told the shift has ended . Caution if you were to choose this hotel . Noisy.

Seems like reviews are paid for because nothing like reality .

Was charge an additional 20 myr for tourism tax so do take note. Not much value for this hotel.

I think I won't visit melaka for a long time because of this experience. Glad I'm leaving. Very bad experience.
