A Must-Try Spot for Authentic Cuisine! This place is highly recommended, with dishes that stay true to their authentic flavors. The pork chop is absolutely amazing—tender, flavorful, and simply irresistible! It’s definitely a hidden gem that seems to be well-known among locals. If you're in town for dinner, this is the place to be! Another plus—there’s ample parking space nearby, so no need to worry about finding a spot. A fantastic dining experience all around!

Hailanese food is a unique cuisine and here am happy to be able to try Hainanese cooking besides the famous Chicken rice balls. Famous for Mutton soup too. The vegetable is cooked well with pork lark. Simply delicious. For me only the Hainanese Noodles is OK only. Great place to get true Hainanese cuisine in town

An old-school and traditional establishment recommend by our friends to try. The restaurant felt nostalgic and the cooking is homey. We had the steamed white chicken (a lot of bones), chicken rice balls (tasty), hainan pork chop (tomato sauce was done well), hainan brinjal and chincalok omelette. A classic eatery to visit if you are visiting Malacca and into chinese zi char, but other than that the food was an ok 7/10. It isn’t a far walk from Jonker street though.

Came for dinner on weekday. No crowd! Ordered only the signature Mutton Herb Soup (small/$25) & a plain rice. While small, it packed a lot of mutton, beancurd skin & herbs. Mutton was soft & tender; very delectable with not gamey taste! Broth was rich, and not overwhelmingly herbal. Just nice!! Overall, super invigorating and satisfying, indeed! ??? Will try other dishes next time. Highly recommended…

My 3rd time to this Restaurant. Love their foods especially their button soup. Will definitely come back again to try other dishes. Friendly staffs & owners. Allow us to visit the old long structures of their shop.
