We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment you step inside the scent and warm hospitality draw you in. We started our days visiting the beautiful lounge area called The Apartment, where they serve coffee and breakfast, it’s perfect for planning the day, getting some work done, or simply taking a moment to unwind. They also serve aperitifs and cocktails in the afternoon. The drinks at Sloan, their hidden speakeasy, were exceptional. Our room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. While there are no TVs, the room was stocked with a selection of genuinely great books. Every member of the staff, from the doormen to room service, greeted us with kindness and care. A special thank you to Matthew for his attentiveness throughout our stay, to Patrick for his thoughtfulness, and to JP and Michy for their impeccable hospitality. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Stylish, warm, and full of personality — The Manor is a standout in Soho and a refreshing addition to Hyatt’s Unbound Collection. My room was huge, with bold egg-yolk yellow walls, a large balcony, and great views. No gym onsite, but they give you a pass to Equinox Soho, which is fantastic. Loved the mix of Brazilian, Australian, and Mediterranean design. Breakfast was especially memorable — a spicy green curry with poached egg balanced perfectly by a sweet cardamom bun. The oysters at The Otter were excellent, and the lobster roll was a thoughtful, gourmet version. The staff really made the stay — welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend for a staycation, vacation, or even a stylish business trip.

The best about the hotel is the incredibly friendly staff. The welcoming and introduction into the hotel facilities is something we have never experienced before. Even though it is our first visit we felt like coming home. The location is also very nice to experience NYC. The rooms are clean and spacious for ny standards and also very quiet during night time which make them your perfect retreat in this amazing city. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
