Great halal cart. I got the chicken and lamb combo over rice. Very good serving of food, generous with the meat and other ingredients. Picture doesn't do it justice as I asked for only half rice and a smidge of white sauce - otherwise would be loaded to the brim. Hot sauce was actually spicy which is rare. The only slight negative is that the taste of the hot sauce wasn't my favourite even though I enjoyed the spice of it. Nice guy too

Got the chicken over rice here and wasn't expecting much but was surprised by the value and taste. The serving was more than enough for two people and the taste was good. He even put in extra sauce and salad for us. No nonsense and definitely would recommend this food truck if you're looking for halal food in SoHo.

Good and well priced halal cart food. He’s my usual go to for lunch by work, and he’s usually very quick and generally a nice guy. I’d say he’s most likely the best cart around this neighborhood.

I’m addicted their chicken over rice. The spices/flavors are delicious, chicken is tender and flavorful, rice is delicious by itself and then add everything with the saucessss (red, white and I ask for the green sauce too!). Yummm. I’ve tried others and I crave for Araf’s chicken over rice, the other places don’t hit the same. I recommend everyone getting chicken over rice here! ❤️

Lot of spots have so so food, this one is not it. Ordered a tikka masala because I walked by and it smelled really good. The owner making the food was really nice and the food was just as good. Strong flavors, fresh ingredients and a fire taste!
