Fantastic hotel. stay here for business on a regular basis. Staff are fabulous and extremely accommodating. From the front desk, bar and to the housekeeping staff, i can't falter anytime time I've stayed there. Rooms are pristine and hotel very close to some great East Village bars/restaurants..... "cough cough" famous pizza place couple blocks away. I will say though, the dine in restaurant is also very nice.

I didn't know this hotel before, a friend of mine book it for me. The room was ok, bit small but comfortable, I loved the shower and the amenities that smelled like roses! The mini bar is amazing but a bit expensive, I didn't consume anything, they have room service but didn't have the chance to try it. The reception team is very friendly and outgoing. They have a roof top with amazing view of the city and there are 2 subway stations not far from it which was very practical. I would definitely come back!

The room is super cozy and really comfortable. You’ll quickly realize how awesome the bed is, and the shower in that beautiful bathroom is just perfect. The minibar is great too, packed with a nice selection of beers, drinks, and snacks. The hotel bar has such a cool vibe, with tons of drink and whiskey options — we had a blast hanging out there. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Oh, and the location is absolutely spot-on.

Friendly smiles and helpful tips at the front desk throughout! The room was smallish, but the design was thoughtful, clever, and beautiful: an amazing and huge bronze chandelier; stylish and colorful seating; a bedside table of solid marble (!), tiny-tile in the bathroom with classic design; shower with immediate and very hot water falling from the highest rain shower I've experienced. This was a perfect experience. Lower East Side location was great--- so many cool shops, pastry and coffee options. Lots of dining options. A perfect stay.
