Truly loved our stay at The Hotel Britomart. Location 10/10 (very walkable) service/staff 10/10 (so kind and helpful) and the accommodation 10/10 (comfortable and clean) — loved so much we stayed twice during our trip (coming and going from our Auckland international flight). Of particular mention, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable from accommodating us for early check in to storing our bags post check out when we had a few hours left to explore before heading to the airport. Cannot recommend enough - so worth it. Will for sure stay again next time we are in Auckland.

Absolutely lovely experience! My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Britomart on our final evening in NZ before heading back to the states. The hotel is absolutely stunning, clean and comfortable. Bar was gorgeous. Breakfast delicious. Room spacious. No detail was missing. Staff are so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Rochelle at the front desk who went above and beyond to find a box of wine that we had shipped to the hotel over from Waiheke. Very much appreciated her help and warm smile! Thanks Rochelle, you made an already lovely stay that much better. Highly recommend the Hotel Britomart

A stunning building - from someone who loves architecture and interior design, the whole hotel is beautiful. The use of texture and mixed elements from stone to wood to metal, it’s truly stunning. The rooms are fairly small but the beds are lovely with beautiful linen. It’s a very luxe, ultimate city stay.

A glass of water. It doesn’t sound like much to talk about, but it is. After checking out of the hotel today I was sitting alone in a corner in the lobby, waiting for my husband to pick up our rental car. I had a little tickle in my throat, so coughed a couple of times. Very quietly with a smile a young man (Alan) came around the corner with a pitcher of cold water and a glass. Put it in front of me and poured. How kind! I didn’t have to ask for it - he just knew it would help. He must’ve had to go to the restaurant or the kitchen to get it. Stepping away from his front desk location. Kudos sir! It’s a great example of how wonderful this hotel is. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Gorgeous, fabulous restaurant/bar, great location and obviously amazing service. Well done Alan! Time for a promotion!
