I had an exceptional experience at the hotel thanks to Jessica at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and easy, and she gave great advice about places to visit nearby. I also want to thank the staff member who delivered my room service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very polite and brought everything quickly and with a smile. Everything else is perfect as well - food, beverage, facilities. Definitely the top class hotel in Auckland. The staff’s attention to detail and excellent service will be the reasons I would recommend this hotel to others. Thanks again to your outstanding service.

This hotel truly epitomizes luxury and is well worth every penny! It boasts a clean pool, sauna, and spa pool. I've enjoyed the best breakfast here compared to other hotels I've stayed at in New Zealand; it's not inexpensive but absolutely worth it! The rooms are modern, clean, organized, and practical—this hotel truly embodies a nice vacation for anyone!

Fantastic location. The Grand has a nice feel about it and feels welcoming. Special thanks to Pranjal, who at a very busy time on a Friday came to my room to assess a heating issue, and within 10 mins, Maintenance was there to correct it. It's Duty Managers like Pranjal that we choose The Grand. Thank you
