This hotel was amazing, rooms were really clean, the shuttle to the beach club was perfect. The staff were really great. Especially Marsha on the front desk who helped find an item my mother left in a taxi, she truly went beyond. The security staff would stop traffic to help my older mum cross the road. Some nice eating options within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Room cleaned every day, alot of nice little touches.

The room was excellent—spacious and comfortable, with a private pool. It had a large safe that easily fit my MacBook Air (and probably a MacBook Pro too), plus a huge refrigerator. The location was great, just a short walk from the local food street. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the business center was convenient for both work and meetings.

Great old style hotel on a very good location in Nusa Dua. Nice rooms with good ac and powerful shower. Very friendly and helpful employees. Only remarks we would like to make is that the breakfast buffet could use some improvements (especially the coffee and tea section) and the beach club has very uncomfortable lounge chairs. But overall a great place to stay and we are already planning our next stay there

It was the perfect spot to end our Bali vacation. Our room was lovely, with a humongous, super comfy bed that made it hard to leave. The beach was unfortunately littered with plastic and the sea quite murky with floating debris, but to their credit, the hotel staff raked the sand often. The pool area was absolutely lovely and a great place to relax. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, so we can’t comment on the food, but the property itself was peaceful and comfortable. The WIFI in the room was flaky. Overall very good experience.
