The staff are absolutely amazing!! They’re all so kind and helpful.
Laundry service is great, they got stains out of some clothes I didn’t even think were possible ?
Quiet area, we didn’t eat at the hotel except for breakfast which was included. It was nice, egg station is my favourite ?

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Our experience at The Beach Front Hotel in Rawai was beyond disappointing. The day before check-in, we were informed that we had to stay in a one-bedroom suite instead of our booked two-bedroom suite for the first night due to A/C issues. This was a major inconvenience, as we had to unpack and repack the next morning.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, setting the tone for our stay. The stench throughout the hotel was unbearable—it seemed to be coming from the A/C. When we complained, housekeeping merely sprayed air freshener, which did nothing as the smell returned within hours. We endured this for two weeks.

The service at the beach bar was nonexistent—we had to get our own menus, order at the bar, and even pick up our own drinks. It felt like they didn’t want guests there at all. Housekeeping was just as bad; they barely cleaned the room, and the sheets were only changed when I specifically requested it after a full week.

The location is another major issue. It’s right next to a busy, noisy road, making it difficult to get anywhere. Travel times were longer than expected due to its inconvenient location.

I had read reviews before calling this place an ‘expensive hostel,’ and I couldn’t agree more. It was a complete waste of money, and I will never return.

We arrived in Phuket a couple of days before we were due to so booked this hotel on route.
On arrival at 11pm after hours of travelling we were greeted by a reception full of insects. After waiting for somebody to attend to us for nearly 15mins we were greeted. We signed the relevant paperwork for 2 nights before we would depart to our booked hotel
For the remaining 8 nights. We were advised we could not swim in the sea. After waiting another 15mins for the golf buggy to transport us to our room we were horrified that that place did not get any better. It was gone midnight at this point and we just wanted sleep. To be fair the suit was large with a living area and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a pool outside our patio which was nice but the photographs are very cleverly taken. Where you see greenery it is in fact concrete.
After we woke we just had an awful feel. The place felt non clean nor friendly. We went to reception to voice our concerns and advise we wanted to stay there for our children to swim on the sea and was advised after we booked 2 nights this was not possible. We asked for the second night to be refunded and we would move on. After waiting for the manager we were then told she did not work on that day so there was nothing they could do and all rooms were not refundable.
The location is on a main road, far away from anything other than off shop.
We were offered lunch and dinner but when we went to lunch staff weren’t the friendliest and advised it was food not drink so we decided to loose our money and check out.
The beach was very pretty.
