I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even providing water when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless, showcasing a high level of cleanliness and care. The location is excellent, tucked away on a quiet street, yet still conveniently close to local attractions. The decor had a lovely, authentic feel, giving us a true sense of the local culture, which added to the overall experience. However, the one downside was the WiFi, which was unfortunately quite poor throughout our stay. If reliable internet access is important, this may be something to keep in mind. Despite that, the warmth of the staff and the overall ambiance made up for it, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, quiet, and clean place to stay.

Extremely clean, warm and welcoming little place. Set off the road in an alley, it is very quiet and a pleasant retreat from busy Bangkok. Loads of orchids and other plants give it a tropical feel. Close to a bus stop and walking distance to many attractions.

Great place to start discovering Bangkok. The rooms are very clean and staff is super friendly. Great value for the money! I hope to come back again!

We have had a wonderful stay at the TAVEE Guesthouse in Thailand. The owners were very helpful and kind. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city and therefore quiet, but easily reached by taxi, tuk tuk or grab. Cosy wooden interior with clean shared showers and toilets. There is a pier with cheap public transport boats leaving at regular intervals (Thewes pier), until about 7 p.m.

I highly recommend Tavee Guesthouse. The rooms and shared showers/toilets are so clean. Tavee is close enough to the centre to get there easily, but also far enough out to have peace and quiet. The owners were very kind and happy to help with anything! They also offer breakfast which was really delicious and they offer to do your laundry for you.
