I stayed in a very beautiful room with an amazing view of the Gateway of India, the service was great (a special thanks to Sweety and Rajesh from Aquarius), I spent some wonderful afternoons by the pool with delicious food and drinks. The housekeeping was on point, always friendly and very helpful (I unfortunately do not remember the name of the young man). All in all, a place to recommend and I will definitely come back!

We recently hosted a family event at the Golden Room, Old Wing of Taj Palace Mumbai, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. While we didn’t stay at the hotel, the impeccable service, outstanding food quality, and warm hospitality left a lasting impression on us and our guests. From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured every detail was flawlessly executed, making the event seamless and enjoyable. The culinary excellence was evident in every dish—perfectly crafted flavors, top-notch ingredients, and impeccable presentation. The ambiance of the Golden Room, with its timeless elegance, added a touch of grandeur to our celebration. Our family and friends had a truly memorable time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Taj Palace Mumbai continues to uphold its legendary reputation, making it a perfect choice for any special occasion. Highly recommended!

The Taj is one of the best experience we had in our lives! We had booked it for our second wedding anniversary and the staff made sure that we had one of the most memorable time. From the time that we entered we were welcomed by Preeti at the entrance, she did a little ritual of Aarti and we were adorned with Tulsi Mala, this was the true Indian ritual done in olden times when someone comes home! The little details, hospitality, the smiling faces, the aroma of the atmosphere of the premises inside the hotel are absolutely stunning and awesome! This is definitely top notch that you would expect from a five star hotel! They served welcome drinks just near the elevators which were do refreshing in the scorching heat, even while heading out they served us and it felt so good! The little details at the breakfast were taken care very well by the staff! I requested for peach ice tea and to my surprise they did make one for me and it was freshly brewed, felt so refreshing! The eggs Benedict were so yummy , the breakfast spread is huge and there are so many options for everyone, from children to adults. They even had their Taj symbol engraved on the butter which felt so personal and lovely! Every staff was smiling and always asked whether we were comfortable and how was our experience! This felt so Homely ! They personalised our wedding photo frames and decorated our room, truly special! So for anyone who wants to experience the best of hospitality , you should once in your lifetime go to Taj and get spoilt by their best hospitality!

A huge difference between the rooms of Taj Mahal Palace and Taj Mahal Tower, if you are a business traveller, I will recommend you to stay in Taj Mahal Tower as it is more of a business property. The rooms are not very luxurious, but if you are here for some leisure or holiday with family, then I would highly recommend you to only go for Taj Mahal Palace rooms as the service and the comfort that the room provides his exceptional.

It's always a lovely experience staying, the service at Taj is always good and I was very happy during my stay.
