i would like to write a very honest review about this place NEVER check in here you will not have your moneys worth waste your money in this place. i got bitten by bed bugs all over no proper sleep all rooms are dirty and not liveable.

staff and service is very poor!!! no remorse and is not helpful. it doesnt even deserve a 0 rating. they dont have proper cleaning materials and thats explain everything.

toilet and bath are disaster as well. molds rust are all over with plenty of blood stains on the walls and sheets! if u like to have a nightmare come here!

please lets leave an honest review for all to know and check in here at your own risk this place is a total scam

The hotel itself used to be a very nice building, and I think it must have been high-class. The bed is also good. The view from the window is relaxing, with lots of trees. However, it seems that the hotel hasn't been cleaned much in the last 10 years, and there is dirt on the toilet and walls. It seems that it will be difficult to clean it if it gets to this point. The air conditioner was also difficult to turn on. The shower was good because it had hot water. The biggest problem was that there were small, invisible bugs. When I was sleeping, I was bitten and itchy by small bugs from my face to my body. I applied insect repellent all over my body for the 200th time. But the bugs still bit me in places where I didn't apply insect repellent. It was a once-in-a-decade experience. However, the accommodation fee is really cheap, so I can't complain. Thank you. The staff is very friendly.

I booked this room from Agoda. October 14-19th, 2024. On the photo, it looks pretty good, but nothing real, they said they forgot to update the photo, I was here couple days ago, I refused to check in because I see this poor condition, and the front desk agree to give me the full refund, and gave me the number for Agoda, but when I contact Agoda, Agoda contacted this property and they only agree to give me 4 nights refund( I booked for 5 nights), they charged me cancellation fee as a “ no show”, How funny ! I was there all the way from the airport and they charged me cancellation fee!!! No body should have experience this!!

It was okay for travelers who don't mind having their bathroom drain clogged, inconsistent water pressure, damage door knob at the toilet and few more not mentioned..
Although the staff was kind and helpful it is better to improve room service and respond to complaints and damage reports.
I had a nice stayyyyy.....
