Loved our short city stay at Sudima Christchurch City. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms very comfortable with nice touches like robes, different pillows and Alexa! Easy walk to the park and Botanical Gardens (even our teenagers loved exploring here). The restaurant on the ground floor (‘The Lane’) was a great place to retreat to for a coffee, breakfast, happy hour drinks and dinner. It felt like all the staff at Sudima Christchurch City genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. Short drive into the city centre. Highly recommend the Riverside Markets for dinner!

We found the staff to be top notch! So pleasant and helpful. Beautiful appointed. Good location. We enjoyed the restaurant The lane. Really great dinner, good buffet breakfasts. Our room was comfortable, enjoyed the apartment. However I give it a 4 because it’s not a quiet hotel. Thin walls. I can hear conversations in the bedroom and I have a connecting door in main living area. which I didn’t want can hear the couple next door to us too

Recommended city location: the rooms are comfortable & well equipped, very clean. Excellent service from Staff, in the hotel and restaurant. The Lane was not the most comfortable place to share a drink with friends pre-dinner. This was the only negative in our experience. We would return!

Great service, fab location! A star short as there were no bedroom slippers. Comfiest beds! Clean rooms, nice toiletries.
