Great hotel in Tokyo. Good location in Shinjuku area, away from the busy area but still near the attractions. We had the triple room with fully equipped kitchenette. We are very satisfied with the facilities in the room. There are good bubble tea and kebab shop very near to the hotel. So many shops around the proximity as well as the subway lines.

A few minutes walk from Okubo Station, very convenient. Room was clean and convenient with all the necessaries (shampoo soap brush comb microwave fridge with some drinks). Aircon was not working so well. The staff were friendly. Very close to nice restaurants and convenient stores.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to everything we needed, yet still a peaceful escape. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The highlight, though, was the outdoor hot spring! It was such a relaxing experience, beautifully designed with a serene ambiance that made us feel completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. Five stars all the way!
